Perspectives and Challenges before Covid-19 and decade of Action for Sustainable Development

The Mechanism for the Participation of Civil Society in the Forum of Latin American and Caribbean Countries on Sustainable Development invites you to participate in the Virtual Forum of Civil Society Organizations to be held on Monday, March 15, from 8.30 to 13.00 Hs., (Costa Rican time). This Forum will be prior to the Fourth Meeting of the Forum of Latin American and Caribbean Countries on Sustainable Development to be held from 16 to 18 March 2021.

This meeting will allow representatives of the Civil Society to exchange ideas, experiences and proposals, regarding the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs, in the countries of our region, taking particular consideration of the impact of COVID 19 and the need for an adecuate response. 

The Forum will be in virtual mode and you must first register for the Official Forum on the ECLAC Page and then must register with the Civil Society Forum by completing the Forum Registration Form 2021.

We look forward to meeting you and trust that we will be able to strengthen ties and enhance our impact to advance and accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda, and achieve the necessary changes to reduce the impact of Covid 19.  

Objective: To generate a space for dialogue for civil society organizations in the Region on the implementation, monitoring and regional review of the 2030 Agenda.
