Biography
Ms. Jean Gough holds the position of UNICEF Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean since November 2020. Currently, she is responsible for the leadership, supervision and orientation of 36 countries and territories in the region. She also represents UNICEF to governments, donors, the private sector and civil society in the region. With more than 28 years of service to UNICEF, Ms. Gough has extensive experience in program management, emergency response, systems strengthening, resource mobilization and partnerships.
