Biography
Forest engineer with a MSc in forest resources conservation and specializations in environmental resources management and sustainable development, forest certification, forest management and project management. He has worked in several countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and Africa; his areas of expertise include climate change mitigation and adaptation, natural resources policy and management.
