Sergio Colina Martin has a degree in Law and a master's degree in International Relations. He is an expert in development cooperation and has been technical adviser for EU Relations with Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific in the Secretary of State for the European Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
