Biography
Ambassador Endara has a Law Degree from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. Master in International Business from the University of Rey Juan Carlos and in International Negotiations from the University of Barcelona. He also obtained the Diploma in Advanced Studies in the Doctorate in International Law and International Relations at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
