Biography
Joanna Fischer is a Peruvian lawyer and public official appointed as Head of the Advisory Cabinet of the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM) in March 2026. With prior experience in legal advisory and environmental management, she has held key positions, including serving as President of the National Environmental Certification Service for Sustainable Investments (SENACE) and as an advisor at the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS) and the Ministry of Culture (MINCUL).
