Biography
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Management, awarded by the Instituto Global de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Sociales in partnership with Rey Juan Carlos University (Spain). She also holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from UASD and a specialization in Scientific Research Methodology (Summa Cum Laude) from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo.
With over 20 years of experience in applied social research, she has excelled in areas such as health, gender, migration, service quality, and environmental statistics. She has led multidisciplinary teams, promoting the use of evidence in public decision-making.
