Félix Ulloa, Vice-President of El Salvador, is Doctor Cum Laude in Law. He obtained his law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed postgraduate studies in Public Policy and Public Administration at the Institute international d'administration publique in Paris, and at the "Hubert H. Humphrey" Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. In addition, he has a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance from the Technological University of El Salvador.
