Biography

Vice Minister Londoño is a lawyer, with a master's degree and a doctorate in law. She is an expert in International Law, Human Rights, as well as in Business and Human Rights, with more than 20 years of experience as an academic and consultant. She was the founder of the Colombian Academy of International Law (Accoldi) and the Latin American Society of International Law (Sladi). Before taking office, Vice Minister Londoño served as Director of the Master's program in International Law and Co-Director of the International Law Research Group at the University of La Sabana.
