Biography
He is a lawyer with a Master's degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in International Development Cooperation. He teaches in various postgraduate programs in Argentina and other countries in Latin America and Europe on topics related to international cooperation. He served as an advisor in the Directorate-General for International Cooperation of the Argentine Foreign Ministry and has carried out consultancy work for various countries and international organizations. He has published articles in academic journals and books edited in Argentina, Spain, and Italy.
