Biography
Ms. Torres Macho has over 30 years of experience in law, sustainable development, humanitarian affairs, peacebuilding, and development coordination, which she has gained both within the United Nations and externally. She holds a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom; a Master's degree in International Relations from the Free University of Brussels in Belgium; a Master's degree in European Studies from the Pontifical University in Spain; and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Cantabria in Spain.
