Biography
As Vice Minister of Soils and Water, he participates in the formulation and oversight of policies related to the sustainable management of water and soil resources, as well as in initiatives linked to territorial and environmental development. In the course of his duties, he has represented the Ministry in technical activities and field visits, including sustainable tourism development projects, where he has promoted the integration of investment and environmental sustainability. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Environment.
